Refund Policy

Paid subscriptions are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record and require an authenticated customer profile.

Billing cycle and cancellation

Subscriptions renew on the billing cycle shown in Creem Checkout. Cancel future renewals through the Creem Customer Portal when a portal session is available for your account.

If the Customer Portal is unavailable, credentials are not configured, or your account has no Creem customer record yet, contact support instead of assuming cancellation was completed.

Refund requests

Refunds are reviewed according to the purchase terms and applicable law. Email support with the account email, Creem receipt or order ID, and the reason for the request.

We may deny refunds for already-consumed service periods, abuse, or chargeback misuse. Billing disputes and regulatory obligations can require temporary retention of billing records even after cancellation.
